Travel across the game board and win instant food, beverage, and fuel offers as you go. Reach the end of the board to enter into a sweepstakes for your chance at winning fuel or fountain drinks for a year. OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE THE ELIGIBILITY AREA AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
MINOR ENTRANTS MUST HAVE PERMISSION FROM THEIR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN IN ORDER TO ENTER. A PRIZE WON BY A MINOR IN HIS OR HER LEGAL JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCY WILL BE AWARDED IN THE NAME OF SAID MINOR’S PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The 2026 Fuel Your Thirst Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59PM ET on August 4, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes will consist of three (3) Entry periods (each an “Entry Period”). Each Entry Period will start at 12:00 AM ET and end at 11:59 PM ET. See chart below for details. Sweepstakes Administrator’s database clock is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents, residing in one of the RaceTrac markets: AL, FL, GA, IN, KY, LA, MS, NC, OH, SC, TN, and TX, 13 years of age or older as of date of entry. Minors must have parental permission to enter. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of RaceTrac, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates ( the “Administrator”), The Coca-Cola Company and their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors, and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively the “Sponsor and its Administrators”) and each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, members, assigns and agents and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to participate:

Purchase Participation: To participate, an entrant must download the RaceTrac mobile application (“App”), join RaceTrac Rewards, open the Fuel Your Thirst Game within the App, accept the game’s terms and conditions, and then make a qualifying purchase of a participating non-alcoholic cooler beverage(s) at a participating RaceTrac location. Upon opting into the promotion through the App and completing the initial qualifying purchase, the entrant will unlock one (1) game play on the promotional game board. Each additional qualifying purchase of a participating beverage(s) during the Sweepstakes Period will award the entrant one (1) additional game play. Game plays allow the entrant to advance on the game board and claim available spots, each of which may reveal a promotional offer. Once an entrant successfully claims all spots on the game board, the entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the corresponding Entry Period for the Sweepstakes, unless the entrant chooses to opt out. Limit one (1) non-alcoholic cooler beverage(s) transaction per person per hour. The game may be played multiple times during the Sweepstakes Period. Downloading the RaceTrac App, joining RaceTrac Rewards, and accepting the game’s terms and conditions is required to participate. There is no fee to download the App; however, standard data rates may apply. For questions or concerns about the game, entrants may send an email to Fuel-Your-Thirst@racetrac.com.
Via Mail-In (No Purchase Required): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your first name, last name, email address, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, and ZIP code on a 3” x 5” index card. Include the written phrase “RaceTrac Fuel Your Thirst Sweepstakes.” Mail the completed index card in a properly stamped envelope to RaceTrac Fuel Your Thirst Sweepstakes, PO Box 7771, Melville, NY 11775-7759. Each mail-in envelope must be postmarked beginning May 6, 2026 through August 4, 2026 to receive one (1) game play into the corresponding Entry Period for the Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) game play per properly completed mail-in envelope. Entrants will need to submit eleven (11) separate mail-in envelopes (each serving as an individual game play) in the same entry period to receive one (1) entry into the corresponding random drawing(s) as detailed below.

The person holding the account in the App or the person listed on the mail-in entry will be deemed the entrant (the “Entrant”). There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person per properly obtained Entry, regardless of method of Entry. The App entries and mail-in entries will hereby be referred to as an “Entry” or “Entries.” Entries submitted in excess of any stated limitation will be void. No photocopies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions of Mail-In Entries will be accepted. All Entries shall be the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

RANDOM DRAWINGS: Three (3) First Prize random drawings will be conducted, each selecting one (1) winner from among all eligible Entries received during that corresponding Entry Period. All non-winning Entries from an Entry Period will NOT be rolled into any subsequent Entry Period(s)’ drawing(s). At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, all eligible Entries received from all three (3) Entry Periods will be combined to select one (1) Grand Prize winner in a separate random drawing. The odds of winning a Prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received during each Entry Period and overall.

WINNER NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize and first prize winners will be notified via email at the e-mail address provided during Entry submission and will be required (or for a minor, their parent or legal guardian will be required) to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility & Liability Release and where legal, a Publicity Release and First Prize winners (or parent or legal guardian for any minor winners) will be required to complete a Prize Acceptance Form, each within five (5) days of notification attempt. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Any prize notification returned as non-deliverable or if potential winner is not eligible will result in disqualification and the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected and notified as indicated above.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (THE “ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: Fuel for one (1) year. Grand Prize is based on 2025 average fuel trends considering approximately 18.61 gallons per week, fueled at approximately $3.10 per gallon for fifty-two (52) weeks. The Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of thirty (30) gift cards, each valued at one hundred dollars ($100), for a total ARV of $3,000. Three (3) First Prizes: Each First Prize will consist of one (1) fountain or frozen drink (any size) for a year (i.e. 365 days). First Prizes will be awarded in the form of RaceTrac rewards to be accessible via the App. ARV for each First Prize: $550. Total ARV of all three First Prizes: $1,650. The total ARV of all prizes is $4,650. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted, except as permitted by Sponsor in their sole discretion. Certain restrictions may apply for gift cards. Sponsor may award a substitute prize (or portion of prize) of comparable or greater value if any prize listed becomes unavailable for any reason. There is a limit of one (1) prize per person.

GENERAL RULES: For Grand Prize winner, a 1099 tax statement will be filed with the IRS for the actual total value of the prize and the 1099 form will be sent to the Grand Prize winner via mail, to be processed by the applicable winner in the year in which he or she receives the prize. In the event prize is won by a minor, their parent or legal guardian will be responsible for all tax liability. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants (or their parent or legal guardian for any minor Entrants) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Entrants (or their parent or legal guardian for any minor Entrants) and winners hereby hold the Sponsor and its Administrators and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (the “Released Parties”) harmless from and against any third-party claim arising from use of any entry and Entrants waive any right to inspect or approve uses of your entry by Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes or to be compensated for any such uses. Participating in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use a winner’s name, address, and likeness in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes only and as otherwise required by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Entrant (or their parent or legal guardian for any minor Entrants) agrees that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by Entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entry, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or component thereof, if applicable, or participation in the Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes related activity. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with their contents and agree to be bound by them. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Sweepstakes materials or the offering or announcement of the prizes. Receipt of Entries may be acknowledged, but such acknowledgment is not binding upon Sponsor or Administrator. The use of script, macro, or automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate or subvert any aspect of participation) to enter is prohibited. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines that an Entrant has used an automated or similar device to enter or is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, all Entries received by that Entrant will be void. Sponsor and its Administrators are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected Entries/winner notification documents; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer, or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer/phone equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and in the event of cancellation, the prizes will be awarded in random drawings from among all eligible Entries received for each drawing in accordance with these Official Rules prior to cancellation. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW; SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds: to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or, to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of pandemic, travel restrictions, strikes, natural disasters, or any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect Entries and (a) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among all eligible Entries received for each drawing in accordance with these Official Rules prior to cancellation.

DISPUTES: ENTRANT (OR THEIR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN FOR ANY MINOR ENTRANTS) AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZES AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY THE APPROPRIATE STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN GEORGIA IN THE U.S.; (2) ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES HIS/HER RIGHT TO SWEEPSTAKES JURISDICTION; (3) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND (4) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Georgia.

PRIVACY: Any personally identifiable information collected during your participation in this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor and its agents for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules, and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, posted at https://www.racetrac.com/privacy-policy and as allowed by law.
