Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research</a> since 2011. RaceTrac and its guests have raised over $4.6 million for the foundation through their annual <a href="/about-us/run-for-research">Run for Research 5k</a> and other in-store giving opportunities. </p> <p style="text-align: left;"><br>The search for a cure for Parkinson’s disease is a cause near and dear to RaceTrac. The organization hosts multiple in-store giving opportunities during Parkinson’s awareness month in April to raise money for the Michael J. Fox Foundation. Guests can add an additional $1 to purchases or purchase a $1 candy bar to directly support fundraising efforts for the Michael J. Fox Foundation. Additionally, all coffee proceeds during a specified week in April are donated directly to the foundation. </p> <p style="text-align: left;"><br>RaceTrac’s commitment to finding a cure doesn’t stop in April. <a href="/about-us/run-for-research">Run for Research</a> is hosted each year in September at The Battery Atlanta. Walkers and runners of all levels come out to support the cause by “racing for Fox in their craziest socks.” Participants can sign up as an individual or create teams and raise more money for the cause. All proceeds from this event, including registration go directly to support the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. </p> <p style="text-align: left;"><br>RaceTrac is proud to continue its partnership with the Michael J.
